Change orders are not uncommon, and we understand that sometimes, not all details of your remodel will be set in stone.
If you want to make any change during the remodeling process, let us know. We’ll assess the request, determine if there are any extra costs involved and inform you about any timeline change. When we’re on the same page, we’ll write the detailed scope of work which you’ll get to review, approve, and sign. We then move forward with the work as per the change order.
Yes, you can choose to buy the design from us even if you want to work with another contractor.
However, by sticking with us, you’ll enjoy a hassle-free experience without the need to coordinate multiple contractors, engineers, and suppliers.
Additionally, we include the design in the final bill, allowing you to get started on your project quickly without upfront payment.

Yes! Our 3-year workmanship warranty will offer you peace of mind in case something happens with your space (that is specified in the contract and is within our control). In the case of such event, we’ll come back and fix the issue at no charge so that you can enjoy your home as usual.
